harry_potter_6As one of the most awaited and wanted movies of this generation opened, it was an assurance that many had made decisions of inviting friends and families in viewing the popular sequel of Harry Potter’s adventure in his magic school. However, the movie, being a blockbuster and well-followed, was not guaranteed with always positive feedbacks as bests were put on the screen already in its previous movies.

Expectedly, Harry Potter has regained its name as a blockbuster hit. It has surely been a part of every people’s hobby not to miss seeing the infamous wizards in Hogwarts every showing period of Harry Potter.

Solely looking at the movie run, Harry Potter 6 seemed to be nothing but a continuation of Harry Potter’s adventure with his closest wizards making it hard for the non-follower of the movies figure out what’s going on.

Thrills are particularly what makes a movie satisfying, which sadly are almost invisible as Harry and his friends takes a step forward in their journey on the movie’s 6th year.

More about it, it has ended expectedly, hanging and kept the viewer’s craving for more as Harry Potter addicts suffer for a long year waiting. What is in store to the next sequel? If one happened to read the book, only the linchpins of the story were picked up in creating the movie. The mixture of the highlights of the novel has helped not making the movie far more breathtaking unlike how past continuations of the movie were. Series of climax could be bad sometimes.

Though understandably, the movie was merely a necessary transition to preserve the appeal it has left from present youths who were once little children when Harry Potter 1 was put into the screen. Furthermore, the movie is a representation of Harry himself, representing once-children fanatics of him with same age, who surely has matured and had surely viewed things differently as they grew up.

Nevertheless, we can never get away with criticisms and the movie is a “no escape”.

Draco. His purpose of helping the death-eaters was unclear, very vague. It seemed that he was barely a breathing enemy of Harry whose point of his involvement in the story was for spicing purposes, a spice with no name.

However, despite the disappointing as degrading interest of the sequences of events in the movie, Daniel Radcliffe was a great surprise. He had improved and the sometime lackluster he had in the previous movies had been clearly fading.

Another, lesser use of the magical effects was another face of this movie redefining Harry Potter its refinement. Though certainly, kept fascination of most avid viewers has something to do with the increase or improving magical effects. They should not be dismayed. There were less, but impressively clean. This only proves the universal knowledge “Less is more.” Yet hopefully, Harry Potter 6, as effects are concerned, is a preparatory stage for a more energetic screen and powerful visualizations of spells in the coming Harry Potter 7.

Generally, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is entertaining, relaxed and likely with a mix of romance.
